Sally Hansen Deep Sea Blue is a pretty, shiny dark blue polish that is fine on its own but it is extra pretty with Jesse's Girl Firefly. I love Firefly, it is very similar to China Glaze White Cap. Adding White Cap or Firefly to any polish makes a simple manicure special.
This is PRETTY! I keep trying to layer White Cap over things without great results. I'm going to have to try it over a dark blue now - thanks for the idea!
