Orly: Sugar Plum

Sugar Plum is a light blue-based pink polish. I usually wear pinks but the soft purple in this polish made it unique from anything I own. Sugar Plum has a pearly almost frost finish. I have always liked frost finishes even though many people despise them. This is two coats, no top coat.
