Pink with Glitter

The Dollar Tree is a great place to find pretty polishes. I purchased a hot pink NYC polish and this L.A. Colors glitter polish for under $2. The hot pink NYC had no name, and was pretty, but I thought it looked better with L.A. Colors Glistening Purple on top. This is two coats of NYC with one coat of Glistening Purple.

    Do your Dollar Tree LA Colors polishes come in cardboard/plastic packages?

    I just bought one that's somewhat similar from Dollar Tree. I haven't found the right polish to use with it yet.
