White Under White Cap

I have tried 20 different base polishes under China Glaze White Cap, 15 of them were pink ;) I am not sure why I never tried using white polish sooner. I normally hate white nails, but I still believe that White Cap makes EVERY manicure more special. I recommend trying this for something different!

    That is a great combo! I am not much for all white nails either, but snow cap does make a difference! I will have to try that!
