Purple Panic & Excuse Moi!

Excuse Moi! by OPI is pretty polish with a pink base and multi-colored glitter from the Muppets collection. It is a beautiful polish that could easily be opaque on its own in two coats. I love to layer, and I love bright pink polishes, so for this manicure I chose to use China Glaze Purple Panic as a base. Purple Panic is a fast drying neon pink polish.
